The Castle Cup, which is an annual competition between Portchester Bowling Club and Lockswood Bowling Club, this year took place at Portchester on Sunday 13th July

It was a very hot day with pairs in the morning, and the afternoon session of triples was cut short because of the temperature.

Thanks to Chris Toner, Chris Gibbs and Annie Hastings for supplying us with food and refreshments all day.

The result was that Portchester won the cup and we look forward to next year at Lockswood and possibly bringing the cup home again!
